Watch Persona 5 Designer Shigenori Soejima Draw Main Characters

Shigenori Soejima, the character designer for the Persona series, draws the four main characters of the upcoming Persona 5 in this illustration video. Fair warning for the time-pressed: it's a full hour long.

Soejima begins with the protagonist, then moves on to An at about the 10-minute mark, Ryuji at the 20-minute mark, and Morgana at 24:20 and in more detail at the 30-minute mark. Most of the last half-hour is devoted to cleanup and minor details; Soejima colors the art at 51:00.

Persona 5 will be released sometime in the summer of 2016. A TV anime special, along with game footage and a theme song for the game, were announced today at the Tokyo Game Show.
